AppTown Studios ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications and games (the "Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information through normal use of our Apps. We collect and process the following categories of information:
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within our Apps. AdMob and its partners may collect and process data such as device information, anonymous identifiers, and usage data to deliver and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking that requires it. On Android and other platforms, you may reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device settings. Where required, we present a consent prompt for personalized advertising.

Our Apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features and remove advertising. To manage subscriptions, free trials, and entitlements, we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service.
When you make a purchase:
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config, to understand how our Apps are used, to detect and fix crashes, and to deliver configuration updates. Some of our Apps function as remote controls for televisions and other smart devices. To do this, the App scans your local network and communicates directly with devices on it. This communication stays on your local network and is used solely to discover and control your devices. We do not transmit the contents of these local interactions to our servers.
Information stored locally on your device (such as preferences and device nicknames) remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Data collected by our third-party providers is retained according to their respective retention policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also control much of this data through your device's privacy and advertising settings.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by our Apps. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our third-party providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated within the App where appropriate.
